Philippe dreamed of a big ultra-contemporary house at the cutting edge of technology. A model house in a way, he had a lot of fun doing with the help of the builder Trabeco. A success on all levels
A contemporary house with the best technological performance can not be improvised. That's why speaking to a construction professional is not a luxury, on the contrary. At Trabeco, architecture expertise is coupled with an active partnership with leading professionals in all fields, heating, home automation, electricity, decoration, etc.
The size of the land (one hectare in the agglomeration of Bourges), the house (400 m2), the building that houses the pool (170 m2), the kitchen-living-dining room ... Everything here comes in XXL and yet no excess, thanks to the choice of a low construction mainly on one level, a judicious distribution of space and the continuous facade in windows that connects the whole. "I saw big, explains Philippe, but not high. The terrain is superb, I wanted the house to be integrated as discreetly as possible. This is also why I opted for a roof terrace". The constructive principle: classic concrete. But it is inside that the house reveals its extreme modernity.
On the heating side, the performance is remarkable: a single geothermal heat pump with six vertical probes heats the 400 m2: it can reach up to 27 ° even under 3 or 4 meters high ceiling in the pool building! Supported by double flow ventilation, the system eliminates the need for air conditioning. Without having really looked for it, Philippe has designed a BBC house that meets the standards of thermal regulation currently in force (RT 2012). Helped in this by the domotics installed throughout the house, such as the automatic control of rolling shutters with adjustable blades that modulate the sunshine of the rooms. Or an intelligent Ethernet network from Legrand Group can connect any device anywhere in the house. Or a lighting system with a single switch from which you control everything you want.
The open plan kitchen is the essential living room of the house, but has been voluntarily placed under a mezzanine that leads to the floor to give it more privacy. In the lounge area, the central fireplace (Focus) rotates 360 °. On the ground, a large Porcelanosa sand colored tile harmonizes the whole. Further, a room called "studio" where Philippe makes music. With such a space everyone, parents and children, can arrange his personal universe. "This house was my dream," says Philippe, "It took me two years to complete this project but I was supported in every step by the builder Trabeco who guided me in the plans, proposed professionals of quality, followed on the construction site I knew what I wanted but I was not alone, it is the ideal ".

At Trabeco, architectural expertise is coupled with an active partnership with leading professionals in all fields, heating, home automation, electricity, decoration, etc. They provide optimum service for a reasonable price and without (bad) surprise on arrival. Today, the only single-family home market that is progressing is that of high-end, that is to say that of tailor-made projects like that of Philippe, realized in the Cher with the Trabeco local dealer who answered point per point to the initial specifications. Important also with TRABECO is that it adapts as in any architectural thinking to the size and configuration of the terrain.
