After arranging a small Parisian apartment, Laurence and Cédric dreamed of a space to develop. It is in the eastern suburbs that they fall on an old garage cut into small apartments. Their idea is to combine two lots and put everything back flat: "We wanted a large living room and well insulated rooms from the rest of the house." The first volume is fully open. Only the kitchen is enclosed in a box: "The partitions allowed us to integrate a maximum of storage." Two small steps on both sides of the kitchen compensate for the differences in levels and combine the two blocks. A blond oak parquet warms the atmosphere and unifies the whole.
