Reinvented dining spaces.
For the 2014 edition of Vivre Côté Sud, Julia Sammut has concocted a program of tasty culinary animations. To discover every day, from June 6 to 9, 2014. Before the taste buds!
Every day, the talent and love of southern products come together around a kitchen outside, in the middle of the Jourdan Park, in Aix-en-Provence, during the Vivre Côté Sud trade show. Take advantage of the advice provided by chefs during the demonstrations, but also of course tastings of Southern delicacies.
A rich and tasty program was devised by Julia Sammut, writer and journalist, with guests of honor such as Jean-André Charial, Anna Bini, Reine and Nadia Sammut, as well as the new generation of Provencal chefs (Pierre Gianetti, Ludovic Aillaud, Julien and Claire Drouot).
And in addition, a workshop Do It Yourself, on the theme of the "festive table" will allow visitors to draw beautiful ideas inspired and greedy.

Reinvented dining spaces
Maison Gautier Guinguette: a trip back in time and elsewhere with simple and quality food, to take away or enjoy under the shade of tall trees. Most: all is bought, even the furniture.
The restaurant of the basin, almost "feet in the water", by Marie-Jo Ordener, author of the Grandes Carrioles de la Friche: created from scratch overlooking the basin, this place offers 3 original formulas according to the time visitors: "Eat and visit, all in one", "Less than 5 minutes / less than 1000 calories", "I settle and I enjoy".
