An object or piece of furniture that you could not separate?

Nicoletta: My grand piano that I had bought at Labrousse 30 years ago after returning from a tour. This is by far my favorite object, even if I have to sit down! A piano vibrates and it's an orchestra all by itself. I'm looking for sounds, I pianote, I'm having fun. It is indispensable to me and very precious.

I'm not a maniac and I put frames with pictures, even my cat rides on it. My only obsession for the piano as well as my throat is the dust ... Moreover, when I open the windows, it is only by the court side. All the pianists accompanying me come to repeat here. Véronique Sanson played on it; my son learned his first scales ... I could not part with it.

When I have more time, my specialty, being from Haute-Savoie, is the fondue with three cheeses! A seasonal recipe! My secret, it must be done with Beaufort (that of Abondance) and link with Vacherin because it softens it, and then I add two fingers of hooves, garlic and a little nutmeg ... It is the Swiss who invented this recipe called the Neuchâtel fondue.
